This project was a cooperation between SLU and National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) focusing on capacity building and knowledge exchange with respect to environmental restoration of ecosystems that have sustained damage due to the war.
We worked together to identify areas in need of restoration, discussed and then conducted a preliminary environmental assessment, and then together developed tailored methodologies based on our collective experience for how these sites can be restored.
